Raven ZZ plants are native to Africa and have the most unique purply-black foliage. This plant is naturally drought-tolerant and sprouts lime green leaves that turn black as they mature. Each stem has a potato-like rhizome at its base that stores nutrients and moisture when rainfall is scarce, making them an ideal plant for forgetful caretakers!
ZZ plants are very low maintenance. If you are planning to put this plant in a low-light space, water it once a month! If put in higher light conditions, water every two weeks or when the plant has fully dried out. Wipe the leaves down every so often to avoid dust and pests!
