Tropical "birdnest' variety of philodendron with colorful foliage that produces deep orange leaves that fade green with maturity. 

Thrives in peaty soil based potting mix. Roots are sensitive to under and overwatering. Avoid letting soil get too dry between watering while not over soaking soil. Apply liquid houseplant food regularly through spring and summer for strong growth.
