Peruvian Apple Cactus, sometimes referred to as Night Blooming Cereus, is such a fave to all our succulent collectors!  Also, known as Cereus peruvianus, this sweet guy gets super tall and produces huge edible flowers that are nocturnal!  The fruit, or peruvian apples, can be enjoyed as they have a wonderful taste with crunchy seeds.  But even without the flowers and fruit, this plant is sure to please with its chunky grayish green or bluish hue.
