Staghorn ferns look like elk or deer antlers, hence their name! They are native to Asia and Australia and have recently become very popular. The fern family is pet-friendly and this specific variety can be grown in a pot, or mounted!

Staghorn ferns like moderate light and lots of humidity. Water once a week thoroughly. If you notice that the edges of the fronds are turning brown, it probably needs to be watered more often.
