Rhaphidophora decursiva | Dragons Tail
Rhaphidophora decursiva or Dragon's Tail, sprouts leaves that are small and continuous. But as they mature, the leaves slowly develop deep lobes that reach nearly to the central vein. This gives the leaves a fringed appearance, reminiscent of a palm frond. This plant loves to climb. In the wild it can reach heights of 40 feet!
This plant needs well draining soil, bright, indirect light and watering when the top two inches of soil has dried out. This is a tropical plant, so humidity is preferred. Mist the leaves and keep this plant within temperatures of 60-80 F.
