Ficus elastica 'Burgundy'

The Ficus is a very popular indoor houseplant. Ficus elastica 'Burgundy' is native to the Himalayas and adds a dramatic display to any space with its dark foliage. The leaves can grow to be 8-12 inches long at maturity.

This species is very hardy and can tolerate medium-to-bright indirect light conditions. It is sensitive to moisture, so only water thoroughly when the top four inches of soil become dry (about every 12-14 days).
