Alocasia 'Regal Shield'

Alocasia 'Regal Shields' has thick green leaves with dark purple undersides. This velvety foliage is a product of mixing Alocasia Black Velvet and Alocasia odora. It is native to Africa and can grow to be over 5 feet tall under the right conditions!

To keep this plant happy, give it a lot of bright indirect sunlight. South-facing windows are ideal. Alocasias like humidity and consistent watering. A good rule of thumb is to water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry.
